Labor Rates & Estimated Repair Times
We keep pricing transparent so you can plan downtime and budget with confidence. These are our standard shop labor rates for Heavy MMT.
• Scheduled work, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.: $150/hour
• Before or after shop hours: $175/hour
• Weekend work: $195/hour
Service calls have a two-hour minimum and are billed in one-hour intervals. Contact us for the current mileage rate.
Hydraulics & Structural Work
PTO replacement: 3–8 hours
Cylinder replacement: 6–16 hours
Hydraulic hose replacement: 1–4 hours
Wet kit installation: 12–30 hours
Frame repair: 8–40 hours
Dump body floor replacement: 20–60 hours
Repair times are estimates. Actual labor depends on the vehicle’s condition and the work required. Contact Heavy MMT for a quote.
Clutch replacement: 10–18 hours
Transmission replacement: 20–35 hours
Driveshaft replacement: 2–6 hours
Turbo replacement: 6–14 hours
Injector replacement: 6–20 hours
Engine replacement: 40–80 hours
